Tunning Methodology to the educational field

Our TEMP approach is to offer to teachers, educators, professors, youth workers, trainers the space to share their experience in their own field and the difficulties they face in dealing with mantaining their students motivated and ensuring a both teoretical and practical teaching and learning process which will lead not only to knowledge aquiring to developing so much needed skills & competences. Moreover our mission is to provide to teachers, educators, professors, youth workers, trainers with the opportunity to develop their transferable skills and competeces in order to widen their proffesional possibilities and to have the needed flexibility to explore different educational environment, enriching their experience.
What makes our approach innovative and unique is the diversity of educational fields represented by the partners of our TEMP: a youth association, a university, an adult educational center and a directorate of secondary education. We beneficiate from the experience and expertise of educational professionals operating in the most diverse educational fields and by bringing them together we aim at mapping the needs of the professionals and especially of the learners in terms of innovative methodologies and activities, suitable for adquiring knowledge and skills needed nowadays. Through our approach we want to promote innovative methodologies and activities taking into consideration the needs of the educational professionals and their learners.
Our key mission is to create a long lasting network of important actors of the educational system, to share experiences and best practices and innovative educational methodology, in working with different targets groups (children, youth, adults) blending formal & non-formal methods. Our TEMP aims at creating a more cohesive and collaborative educational system which will provide not only knowledge, but also transferable skills & competences according to the requirements of our current globalised societies. By working together all educational key actors, by sharing and exchanging best practices, we strongly believe it is the way to ensure qualitative educational resources to be applied from the base until the top of our educational systems.
Only by collaborating among all educational actors we will be able to achieve qualitative and accessible educational systems which will shape the future or our societies.
